2.1. Booking Process
- All reservations are subject to availability
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking
- You warrant that all information provided during booking is accurate and complete
2.2. Payment Terms
- Credit card details are required to guarantee reservations
- We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card PayPal
- All rates are in USD ($) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
2.3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to arrival date
- Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of 40% of the total booking value
- Special cancellation policies may apply during peak seasons

4. Hotel Policies

Royal Garden Beirut is a non-smoking property. Smoking in non-designated areas will result in a cleaning fee.
4.2. Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on the property. Additional terms may apply.
4.3. Damage to Property
- Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property
- Additional cleaning charges may apply for excessive mess

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.

7.1. Behavior
- Guests must respect other guests and hotel staff
- Disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of stay without refund

- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings
